Devonport Flowers gifts, excluding flowers, may be exchanged for gifts of the same value or, where agreed with Devonport Flowers, for a Gift Voucher.

Simply return the unwanted gift to our store at 63 Victoria Rd, Auckland, New Zealand within one week of purchase.

Returned goods must be unused and in re-saleable condition.

Please note: Floral/fruit gifts are perishable and are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
